Modella Return & Refund Policy

• Returns & Exchange: Available within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Incomplete Returns: If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier cannot collect the item.

Refunds

• All refunds are processed only through bank transfer.
• Change of Mind: Returns are accepted but return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
• Manufacturing Faults: If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you’ll get a full refund within 7–14 working days by bank transfer.
• Processing Time: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
